Q. What is the return policy?
Fahrenheit Digital will promptly replace any defective products within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us and we will send a postage paid envelope to return the defective product then ship a new one out to you immediately.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping charges are based on a flat rate structure.
United States: $4.50 + $0.50 per additional item
International: $22.55 + $1.70 per additional item
We are working on finding a European and Asian distributor, so that orders in those countries can be shipped out at a lower cost.
All orders will arrive within 3-5 business days unless backordered. Backorders will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
